Eye Runes are one of the game's most distinctive mechanics. After collecting an Eye, you can temporarily see through the monster's vision, giving you useful information about its position and helping you decide whether to hide, change direction, or keep moving.

Explore Different Haunted Locations

The game expands beyond its original mansion setting with an abandoned hospital and possessed school. Each location offers different layouts, threats, and secrets to discover. Hidden notes also provide additional story details as you explore.

You can choose between running from monsters or hiding from them, making route planning and careful movement important parts of every escape attempt.
