Progress depends on remembering where useful items are located and figuring out how they connect to your escape plan.

Stay Quiet and Avoid Grandma

Grandma can hear sounds made while moving around the hospital. Running carelessly, dropping objects, or making unnecessary noise can reveal your position and trigger a chase. When she gets close, use hiding places and move carefully rather than trying to confront her directly.

Bear traps are another danger to watch for. Stepping into one can restrict your movement, so check the path ahead and be prepared to remove the trap if necessary.

Find the Car and Escape

Finding the exit is not simply a matter of reaching a single door. The game requires you to locate the necessary items and eventually start the car to escape the area. This gives exploration a clear purpose: every object you discover can bring you closer to freedom.
