Bendy and the Ink Machine

Bendy and the Ink Machine is a first-person puzzle-action horror game that takes players into the abandoned animation studio of Joey Drew Studios. You play as Henry Stein, a former animator who returns to his old workplace and discovers that the Ink Machine has turned the familiar cartoon world into a dangerous nightmare.

The core gameplay of Bendy and the Ink Machine combines exploration, puzzle solving, item collection, and combat. Henry moves through different sections of the studio, searching rooms, interacting with machinery, and finding objects needed to unlock new areas. The environment can change as objectives are completed, revealing new pathways and hidden locations.

Complete Environmental Puzzles

Many objectives require you to search the studio for specific items and use them in the correct locations. The opening chapter, for example, asks Henry to find six objects—including a gear, book, wrench, ink jar, record, and Bendy doll—and place them on designated pedestals before activating the Ink Machine.

Fight Ink Creatures

Combat becomes more important as the story progresses. Henry can use different melee weapons, while certain sections introduce additional threats and weapons. At the same time, the Ink Demon remains a major danger, forcing you to recognize when exploration needs to give way to escape.

The story unfolds across five main chapters, taking Henry deeper into the studio and gradually revealing its mysteries.
