In Granny: FNAF Hospital, your objective is simple: survive until 6 AM. Trapped inside a hospital security office, you must monitor surveillance cameras to track the movements of Granny, Huggy Wuggy, and Skibidi Toilet as they roam the building after dark.

Success depends on carefully managing your limited energy supply. Every action, from using cameras to activating lights and closing doors, consumes power. If your battery runs out, you'll lose access to critical defenses and become an easy target for the monsters.

Pay close attention to every camera feed, especially dark corners and blind spots. Enemies may appear hidden in the shadows or suddenly vanish from view, often signaling that they are approaching your office.
